I am writing to express my appreciation for the excellent pest control service you provided. Your service technician was prompt, thorough and did all of his work in a professional manner. I truly had an emergency situation and you responded immediately and took care of everything.
My emergency started when my husband and I returned from a 10 day vacation to find our home infected with fleas. We had turned up the thermostat and they had full run of the house while we were gone. They were in every room and I was quickly covered with bites. Your service technician came immediately and was very knowledgeable about the treatment process, providing information to explain the steps required to take care of the flea infestation.
The chemicals used were effective in killing the fleas as well as controlling and killing new ones as they hatched. We were also pleased that while the chemicals were strong enough to do the job, they did not damage our tile floors, carpets or any furniture. Thanks to your prompt response and successful treatment process, our flea nightmare had a happy ending.
